Bad Service

I received a call from the upgrade centre today and your customer service is disgusting!<br> - Firstly it sounds like you are calling from a busy train station with all the noise in the background (not a good first impression)<br> - Secondly my name is surely on a screen in front of the operator. He started with calling me Mr Orkwell, then tried Orwell and then gave up! (By this stage I'm really not impressed)<br> - He then identifies himself as calling from the upgrade centre, at which point I decided to save us both some time and said \ I'm all good
