Bad service
Had such a horrible experience with vodacom, spoke to 3 agents including their team leader Lebo Monsa, they were very *********** and im totally dissatisfied with their service. My query is still hanging somewhere, reason "technical error" awaiting system synchronization. HOW LAME!
