Bad Service

I sent my phone in for repairs at Vodacare in Sandton and they ruined my software. You could tell they didn't know how to fix it and they ended up sending me to Samsung instead, where I was subsequently charged. The guy didn't seem to care that they ruined my phone and was in a rush to rather send me to Samsung even though it was like this when it came back from them.
