bad service

can my account be closed already I am disgusted by the service I received from Vodacom all I wanted was to get the account cleared so I can upgrade now I just wanna close it and never do business with you ever again because this morning I received a call form an attorney telling me I am handed over I fail to understand because ive been trying to get clarity on my account and up till today no one was able to help me and some say they cant find the account on the system some say normally when its like that it means the account is fully paid now can someone who is fully trained and qualified to do so please help me close this account because I do no longer wish to do business with Vodacom ever again
