Bad service

Hi

I have just witnessed a shocking service at Vodacom shop Fourways Mall. l walked in no one cared if I was there or not. Everyone in the shop including "The manager" on duty "no name tags"!!. seriously!! Vodashop Fourways only "ANONYMOUS" on duty. "Sloppy Greeter" that I had to lead her by telling her how to assist me. She has no idea or what's so ever on how to show willingness to help. As she walks no purpose. Even checked my watch to my surprise it was still early morning. Ask her to write her name down, it took her forever to do it , pathetic....Greeters name Hunadi Radidi
