Bad service

Good day Vodacom Secunda Mall their service is terrible firstly I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my Apple Watch and the lady that helped us when ordered it said it would only take 2 to 3 days and I am still waiting and when went today on the 23 January 2026 to find out if there is any news the person asked me and in front of everybody in the shop he asked his colleagues if there is Apple Watch they all in a circle not working and not willing to help said no that was it they are rude unfriendly and not polite at and to be friendly does not cost anything and the lady that helped us from the beginning should not working with customers she is unfriendly and rude and another thing they don’t have any customer service I have a job where I work with patients if I have treat a patient like that they will fire me immediately so I am a vey unhappy customer I will never refer any of my friends to that spasific Vodacom in secunda mall next to game thank you have a great and God bless
