Bad Service

we went in the store on the 1st of November 2015 to take out a new contract for a Laptop deal, the whole process was done and all the documenst were given in to the consultant, the deal was apporved and we had to wait unitll the 9th of November for the latop to be delivered to the store so that we can pick it up, now on the 10th of November they tell me that there is no deal on the system and that they did not receive any stock of this laptop they don't even pick up our details on their system. so this is very scary where is my documents, are they going to commit *****?<br> i would not use vodacom at all, i am even going to cancel my other contracts.<br> worst of all they can't even take time to try and sort out the problem.
