Bad service

I am writing this review with utter disgust with this cellular network, I did an upgrade because via customer care prompts I was due for an upgrade on the 1st of March, however I did an upgrade earlier on the online service or Vodacom, I got the quote and the request was processed, got the device and the other free gadgets it came with to my surprise on the 20th of Feb I got deducted an amount of R1700 which was never communicated to me, today I received calls from 2 consultants basically telling me I am paying for lines I am not using this is not my first time experiencing this level of disrespect this from a paying customer.
