bad service

i have a contract with vodacom on a samsum but since i recieved the phone its getting blocked because of the credit limit ive been calling the call center went to vodacom shop . on one can help me . since i loged the complain no one got back to me bein calling severall times to no help . bein a frastratered customer at vodacom . and the account department they are so rude to me to today i spoke to lihle she tells me the is nothing they can do . at the vodacom shop the is also nothing they can do so im asking my self who must help me the cpa or ombudsman.having a phone that i cant make a call on .
