Bad service

When i upgrated my contract i did that online. Later that month i get a notification of a debit from my bank acc. Vodacom deducted around 106.00 from my acc. I called to enquire n i was told its admin fee, so now my question was how so when i did that online and was told that i dnt hv to pay admin fee. I lodged a complain about 2 months ago to this day its not yet updated. So today i got an sms that i have arrears in my acc. I called and got a suprise of my life. Due to the debit order of 106.00 that ddnt go through my debit order was thrown out. So they ddnt debit me this month. Due to their mistake now im the one who has to suffer the consequences. Vodacom is taking me for granted. From day 1 since i upgrated i hv had problems with their service. I
