BAD SERVICE

Ordered an upgrade phone on Thursday 25 July. Vodacom gave through the incorrect phone numbers to RAM couriers who was suppose to deliver the parcel on 31 July. After telephone discussion with both Vodacom and RAM they promised delivery on 1 Aug. Vodacom NEVER gave through the correct numbers to RAM and the parcel will therefore only be delivered 2 Aug. MORE THAN A WEEK LATER??? I am furious with this service.
