Bad service

Submitted my phone for repairs at Vodacom repair centre and was told that they could not repair it but my insurance approved a replacement. It has been over 4 weeks now waiting for my phone with no update whatsoever, i called them today and the consultant i spoke to was not even able to provide me with an Estimated time of arrival. She instead told me that she will get someone to call me. I would have expected them to at least refer me to any other store that has the phone.
