Bad service

On 07/03/19 i called Vodacom and spoke to T. Mabogwane to cancel both my contracts because they had expired and were now on a month to month basis. We spoke for about 30 minutes or more where he also offered me a different package (R230 airtime for R169 p/month) of which I agreed to. On the 26/06/19 I called the Vodacom customer centre because I noted an incorrect debit order amount of R369 coming through my account. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Siphiwe Nthimunye who asked his supervisor Adolfas Sangweni to handle the matter. Adolfas called me and had an unbelievable stinking attitude. He told me that the only call they could see was for 6 minutes and the guy I spoke to suggested to me to call a different number- that is nonsense because when you call Vodacom, anywhere you are able to ask them to put you through to whichever department you were trying to reach but conveniently in this case, I was told to CALL a different number myself. On 26/06/19 I called again later and spoke to a lady called Sphokazi Dangazela who confirmed that I did in fact speak to T. Mabongwane, she could see it on her system and he quoted me on the R230 airtime BUT DID NOT CANCEL THE PREVIOUS PACKAGE AND ALSO DID NOT PROCESS THE NEW PACKAGE of R169 p/month!! That idiot Adolfas made it seem like I was lying as a client and none of what I was saying actually happened. I asked Spokazi to ask for recordings from the back office and I stated that i also wanted to listen to them because Adolfas was juts talking from the side of his neck. She told me I was cc'd on her request to back office however I did not receive that email. on 27/06/19 I must have called about 5 TIMES asking for Sphokazi to call me back because I wanted to ask her about the request for the call that took place on 07/03/19, it is now the 28th of June 2019 and I still haven't heard from Sphokazi. I am appalled by Vodacom and its *********** staff because for 3 months I was debited an incorrect amount, then I am told that I AM MAKING THINGS UP by someone who clearly doesn't know how to do his job as a supervisor. I want to be reimbursed my money because I did call and asked that the contract be cancelled but because Vodacom still wanted to take our money, their employees decide not to cancel people's contracts even after receiving such a request!! this is incredibly disappointing and very unprofessional!!

I am happy for someone who is actually competent to listen to all recordings from 07/03/19 and hear all conversations I had with your lousy staff
