Bad service
I have settled my Vodacom contract in the year 2017 and switched to prepaid so i have been using prepaid all along to find that vodacom has listed me and currently is refusing to provide me with a paid up letter .
I called several time find consultants that will trasfer you from pillar to post and keeping you on hold for 30 minutes without any feedback .
