Bad Service
I upgraded my contracts and was told my deduction amount will not go up and my new cell will be with me in 72 hrs. That was more than 10 days a go. Now I see my deductions is not as promised. I have been blatantly **** to. i informed the agent that i need the cell urgently. today i was told it on the way back to Vodacom.
