bad service

Vodacom has the worst service yet. I logged a call on the 5th of October. I asked that the shift my router from one place in the house to the next, nothing has been done till date. I called in and spoke to Ofentse and she promised to hasten the process because on her records it showed that the work was done. I called again and spoke to Andie on 2023-11-30 and he promised that the job would be carried out within 24hours.I am really disappointed in Vodacom and how they treat customers.
