Bad service

Sent my phone for screen repairs at the vodacom Alberton repair centre on the 27th of February and I have advised them that I have an insurance with vodacom to cover the damage. 30 min later they sent me an sms for to accept or decline this quotation (Vodacom Repairs job no. 129#### repair cost R 2,172.22. Please contact VODACOM REPAIRS ALBERTON ********** 111/1066 within 2 days to accept/decline the quote). I called them back to advise that I have insurance they told they will submit to the insurance, which they have not done. I called them to check the status on Wednesday 6 March nothing was done still, called on Friday 8 March no response. Customer care (repairs), confirmed Alberton branch has still not submitted the claim. Call them from their branch in heidelberg and they finally answered the guy claims they are busy with insurance and I told him he's not telling the truth because I have communicated with repair contact centre l. He could does not know when the claim will be sent to the insurance, after he said he is not the one dealing with my query and he placed us on hold as he claim to go and get the responsible person but was kept on hold for over 20min. I will reverse my debit order should not this be resolved in the next 5 days.
