Bad service

I dont know what incompitent peopke Vodacom has working for them.

I call vodacom beginning of September to ask for a settlement on my contract and i was given am amount of R3379.73 which i paid on the 6th September and requested closure the next 7 working days after was told il be sent a pre mature quotation (which till today i have not recieved)

I have spoken 2 over 100 consultants from Vodacom but non of them are able to send me this quote from September .

I was in credit with R2369.57 as per the 14 September statement however now im in credit of R1600 because you keep debiting premiums where as my account should be closed when i requested closure in September. Your service is just disgusting.

20 November i spoke to Nomasande Mashini who told me she would email me the pre mature quote which i didnt get.

I called the call centre cancellations team and spoke to a miss lesego who told me she would speak to her team leader, she left for the longest time and came back to tell me she spoke to her leader and that she is sending her an email for urgent closure. I said great thank you she said i mus call tomorrow gor a follow up and gave me reference Lesego Maleka 22/11/2018 12:39pm

I follow up the next day and spoke to a Precious from cancellations and guess what she didnt know what i was talking about as if Lesego didnt put notes or anything but she told me to follow up the following day.

27 November i spoke to Nosabatha doing a follow up to Nomasande's quote not being recieved and guess what she could see my interaction with the above so she logged a new request for this 'quote ' to be sent to me. Mind you they still debiting from my credit amount. She gave me ref: 1- ********** ********** for my credit nd told me its 7 to 14 working days.

On the 6th December i sent you guys an email expressing my frustration and Tsepo Moletsane responded to me nd told me feedback on the case given to by Nomasande that i need to send them proof of payment, i sent it immediately.

I sent another email on the 11th December responded by Wilhemina Gaffley who told me proof of payment is not accepted and i must send my bank statement lol which i sent through. Same day was given another reference by Nomasande Mashinini 1- ********** ********** and told of another 7 to 14 working days. I replyed back that im grateful for the assistance for the refund but my main concern is to close the account, Mthuthuzeli George called me and assured me he is handling my case as he sees that my request has been dragging since September and he will personally send it to me, weh i gave him the benefitof the doubt but what??? No quote.

I call the call centre cancellations and Pinkie answered, i requested to speak to her manager and K****tso or Kekeletso something to that effect, she assisted as she said she is able to see that i have been up and down with this nd she closed my account immediately:) i would like to thank her nd she said she spoke to the lady at accounts and she will get back to much which she didnt but i didnt mind since she helped me and closef my account.

I sent an email on the 24th December i sent an email asking for feedback of the 2 references i was given and Muneeb Kolia responded that the cases were closed haibo how come now and that the collections consultant that was supposed to credit me said there was no attatchment and i asked him if he can see an attachment and he said yes. He said he would send it to collections.

I dont know why i do this to myself i send an email for feedback hai Anita Lutya tells me a credit was doneon my vodacom account on the 15th December and that a message was sent to collections and I MUST WAIT ANOTHER 7 TO 14 WORKING DAYS. I tell her dats unfair and she says i dont qualifyfor the 24 hour pay out and i have to wait 7 to 14 working days.

What vodacom is doing is not fair on so many levels, im supposed to get back a credit of R2300 but now im going to get a credit of about R1600 because the keep debiting me for an account i requested closure on in September.
