Bad service

Terrible service vodacom. Ordered a nokia 8 Sirocco on black Friday special. Contract was up for renewal. After following up numerous times eventually get a call today that the phone has been discontinued. We get offered the Nokia 7 plus which we accepted only to get told the application cannot be processed as an upgrade and it now has to be done as a new contract with credit vetting etc. Informed the call centre to escalate this as the contract was due for an upgrade. We were told we aren't sure as to when we may expect a response. Notwithstanding we accepted a phone downgrade only to get told it cannot be processed with no expected resolution date.
