Bad service
I have been struggling to get a call back from Vodacom to open a contract since Monday. Finally a lady called me today, but as I was busy at work I asked her to kindly call me back at 16h30. She assured me that she will. Still no call back. I want to open a contract with a service provider with a good customer service. This is not good service.
When I try to do an online chat, the online session closes. No customer service.
