Bad service
I took the black Friday’s mobile and data deals and received confirmation of the order and that I will be contacted by an agent within a 24 hour period. I called the Vodacom and they are telling me that I will be assisted by the outbound team and that I cannot call them as they do not receive calls. Please assist as I have been waiting and the 24 hour waiting period has elapsed. I really need the phone as soon as possible. I have the order number that I received on the 23 November. Please help

28 Nov 2018, 10:18I was one of the first people to apply for the black Friday deals and even after I app**** there was still a lot of stock available. Someone from Vodacom has just called me to inform me that I cannot receive my device because the stock is depleted. I explained to him that I was one of the first people to apply for the deals, how can I be left out; but he still insisted that I will not be able to get the deal. I very concerned about the integrity of the process that was app****, what was the relevance of being first inline and getting the order number if there is No Order. I already have a bad experience with the Vodacom online. I bought the Huawei P20 Lite on 1 day only deals about 6 months ago. They told me a lot of stories after I placed an order, I logged complaint about this and I still did not get the phone. The Online service is terrible.
If there are no devices please do not advertise falsely because it is really bad for us as customers. I really trusted Vodacom and their Digital strategy, but now I wonder what kind of digital strategy Vodacom have if they cannot even get online orders right. I have been buying online from other suppliers but Vodacom is by far the worse. I’m very disappointed!!
