Bad service
I got a contract from Vodacom on an open line, I then decided to migrate to a top up. I visited Vodacom Bedford centre Shop on the 09th July 2018, a lady there helped me and said my account will be migrated on the 1st August 2018. I then went to the same shop in the 28th September 2018, 3 months later with the intention of paying my bill only to be told I owed almost 4 times the normal amount. When I asked the consultant to help me she told me they were off line. I then went upstairs to Cellucity in Bedford centre, when I got there I was told they were not offline and they operate on the same system as Vodacom downstairs, so I was ****. They helped me and that's where it became clear that the guys from Vodacom shop never migrated my account. Angry as I was I went downstairs and asked for the manager, his name is Andre I explained what had just happened, the fact that I am running around because one of his consultants didn't want to help me. He said he would take care of her, then he promised to sort out my problem. He promised that Vodacom was going to credit my account with the money that unfairly charged. He promised to migrate my account immediately. I was supposed to be credited with R2287.83 , to my surprise I received an email from Vodacom saying they will credit me with R1560, and the email sounded like I was to blame. It's now the 16th of October and back at Cellucity and they just told me that I was not migrated still, meaning the Manager Andre now **** to me. I am now expected to pay money I don't actually owe Vodacom. I am very disappointed from the service I got. What I don't understand is that the manager did nothing himself.
