bad service

I got to the vodashop to purchase 250mb and i waited in the queue where you buy the data and no one was there but the lady that was suppose to be there (as shown by the 2 security guards) was on the floor helping customers that kept coming in before me that did not come for airtime. I waited for 17min then she comes and I immediately tell her how can she be helping people that come to buy handsets when she should be on the counter when she sees me? she ignores me and I hand her money and she takes it and says with attitude \are you gonna give me your number to load the data bundle or what?' I give her my number and left. This is unnacceptable. I didn't get her name but my slip has the time 18:27:34"
