Bad service

Good day. Received the WORST ever service from Vodacom today. This was my third call where I get promised the world, but nobody delivers. I called to cancel my contract as I a getting a better deal with Telkom, but everytime I speak to an agent they say they will do a price match, and get back to me. But no one does. Last advisor did not even give me the chance the finish, but just put me straight through to rate the service - which was naturally rated accordingly!!! I am waiting for your call to advise the way forward if you want to keep me as a client.
