Bad service

Yesterday I went to Vodacom Shop at the Tzaneen Lyfestyle Mall for a new tablet. They had it in stock but I could not get it as it was hold for another customer because it was some special. They did not know that I can understand and talk their language fluently as Veronica was told by one of the other Lady's working with her that you can not keep it back first come first serve.

This all happend after I wanted an Ipad from vodacom but as usual they do net have stock and then decided to go to our local Vodacom store.

After being a loyal client for 11 years now I dont know if Vodacom and its shop especially the one in Tzaneen Lifestyle Center deserves our business longer as the service is permanently pathetic.
