bad service

Good day I am just disappointed with Vodacom service and your rude customer support. They don't value customer behave as they doing us a favor. Our have high unemployment rate young people are not working and Vodacom have hired the service advise who can not even treat or talk to customers. Vey bad service I must say, my fiber was disconnected last until today I don't know what is the issue, case was logged no one ever contacted me. I have trying to contact your call center but advisor promise to call me back but they never call, i called again my was dropped. I called again I was just transferred to another department without event listening to what I want to say. If Vodacom cant assist me just tell me and them i can contact another ISP since business is not valuable to you
