BAD SERVICE

I did take out a contract with Vodacom last year, I had no problems till start April. There was enough money in my account but due to the public holidays the debit order did not go off.I called Vodacom and they told me that the money will still be taken on the 2nd or 3rd. Vodacom shop Told me that the money was taken off, but did not show on my account. Then Vodacom called me and asked when will I pay (really) I pulled the money out of my account and made arrangements to pay cash including the penalty that I thought was unfair. But I paid it. Now Vodacom tells me just so that I know the R100 will be included in my contract every month. Since when is it just ok to add money like you want if I can afford it or not. If there is anything on the contract that states that it is ok by me to just add money any way you like when you like. I was not informed of this in any way what so ever !!!!!! This is ridiculous, No one informed me about any increase and no one can tell me why ,This is what we as South African should be happy with. I can't believe that Vodacom can do this just because of the word contract , does it mean stuck with BAD SERVICE bad
