Bad service

Continue of my previous complaint of Vodacom and it's not getting better.

On Thursday I get an response on my Hello Peter review from Vodacom saying a consultant will contact me shortly. Only the find Yesterday whilst I was busy with a client that I missed a call from one of there consultants.

I waited till around 16h00 and phoned the vodacom Shop again to find out if there is any possibility that they might have my laptop. But no they still have no idea when they will receive any stock (might I just add that this is a laptop bundle in this months vodacom booklet and that they had the very same special last month)

This morning I got a call from the shop telling me my laptop core i5 is there. Fantastic news! I should be so lucky, I take off from work to go to Centurion from Monument Park to find myself waiting for service. Then only to find out that the laptop they have received is not the one I ordered.

With a very big apology from the store manager I realised I have no cash on me. Because it's in a mall I have to pay for parking, so I go to the nearest ATM out of order. Find one that's working, withdraw R100 to pay the R5 parking and now I have R95 in small change in my wallet.

Thank you so very much Vodacom! I appreciate so very much wasting my time and very expensive petrol...
