bad service
i tried to get hold of three landline numbers today ( ********** , ********** and ********** ) but first one is not going through, second one it happened to be mtn but when you google store details it says vodacom standard bank centre and third one is ringing unanswered. where must i take my cellphone in for repair in pretoria centra? i bought if from vodacom standard bank centre but they are not reachable.

10 Apr 2018, 08:07Why must i pay access fee for booking the cellphone in for repairs while i am paying for insurance monthly?
my cellphone is booked in for repairs in vodacom repairs in pretoria central and i have been told that i must pay minimum of R200 for that.
i really find it unfair , no one told me that when you include insurance for your contract cellphone you must pay access fee each and everytime when you book it in for repairs.
to me is pointless to pay for insurance monthly if this is what you make your customer do.
