Bad Service

My son's phone was booked in on 19 Aug for speaker repair. 25 Aug we got message to say it is ready for collection. On collection he saw it is not his phone. Since then nobody could give answers where the phone is. I made 3 phone calls to Vodacom and every time they promised to phone me back but never did. We went to the branch and suddenly the phone was mixed with someone else's phone and they are waiting to get it back. Only on 7 Aug did they find the phone again to send in for repairs. The phone is from 19 Aug with Vodacom because they slipped up but they stiil charge you for a handset although they made the mistake. So now once again we are waiting for the phone to be fixed.
