BAD SERVICE
I have problems since last year August 2017
the lady from Vodacom called me in regards with my FIRST HELLO PETER INCIDENT!! and never came back. You have messed up my entire account AGAIN!!
Now please get to me ASAP!

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. We thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Please note that after an investigation on your account we can see that payments have been made,however not the full amounts as required to pay per invoice.
Currently your account is up to date with a balance of R1,128.97 which is to be paid at the end of February 2018.
