Bad service

Hi I have been at vodacom phoenix plaza and the service I received was absolutely pathetic ,I went in to apply for a contract and they told me its approved but they out of stock still waiting about 4months now ,so I went in again to apply for another contract same thing its approved but 3 weeks now im still waiting it was really frustrating so I decided to go to hello peter I have also made numerous calls to the and got no help every time I call they tell me they still waiting for stock
