Bad service
Sent new blackberry for repairs s****ped phone as USB had manufacturing faults gave refurbished phone, second hand battery that came from a different store, no charger and no USB cable. Have had to go back 4 times and still no positive responds and refurbished phone still not working. I feel this is asppauliny service and am behind the point of been angry and dissapointed.
