bad service
I am trying now for days to get someone to assist me with my problem at vodacom .At fist I phone account dept told them I'm unemployed and cannot afford my current premium .he told me I can only pay the areas amount of r356 and go to the nearest store which will assist me with a lower ptemuin no extra cost ....but now its another story no one want to help . have a contract phone with vodacom but I'm currently unemployed and woulde to ask vodacom to lower the monthly premium or take the phone back because I can't afford it.
