bad service

I bought 100 mb of data last nnight and it was gone within 4min i don't watsup or facebook only opera mini.i tried to call 082111 several time and it said network busy i manage to call after 30 min and an agent tell me that there's nothing they can do.i recharge my other number to see if its my phone same thing happened .this is bad because ppl are always complaining about the same problem today.
