Bad service!!!

I went to Lakeside Mall on Friday because I need to sort out my upgrade of my phone. We got a ticket to wait for a consultant to assist me. When we walked to the consultant who's name is Thembi didn't even greet us. We had to tell her what we were doing there. As I requested to check if I can take out a new contract she said what phone do you want in a very irritated tone??? Me not sure what phones i can choose from asked her and she just stared at me with even more irritation. .... I took the booklet with everything in it ( she didn't even offer it to us) to see what I must choose. On choosing it she said my profile is too low. So I asked her what does that mean she just looked at me and didn't even bother to explain to me what it means. She phoned to log a service call and said they would phone me back to see what I qualify for. We got up and left. She didn't smile or say goodbye nothing. How can a person like that work with people daily? ??
