Bad service

Good Day<br> <br> I've got an upgrade on my vodacom contract and the lady in Herm**** Main Road gave me the option to get the Iphone 4. After a long wait I finally got my Iphone but the box said preowned. After a month the phone broke the screen cracked. I logged the phone with the vodacom repair centre and no I have to pay R 1600 to replace my phone. They forgot to give me the quote. Bad service from vodacom and a second hand phone instead of a new phone. My phones currently still at the repair station but from vodacom side they don't do anything to help. They just tell me I must pay. Why must I pay for something that wasn't new from the beginning. I shoul Have got an new Iphone but instead I got a prewoned phone. The lady at vodacom complaint doesn't even know about this preowned stuff going around. I've been ********** and vodacoms *****ing my money be careful don't take an Iphone from Vodacom.<br>
