Bad Service

I have to say I am highly disappointed in Vodacom, the call centre has incapable people, that are rude and argue with customers over the phone, they put the phone down on people and refuse to help, I have been trying to sort a problem out with the account for 2 days now, and still nothing, but today, I was told that it had been sorted out, only to go back to the Vodacom shop to be told it hadn't, then when I call the help centre again, they would not assist yet again, only again for the phone to be put down on me and the 2 people I spoke to have to be the 2 most rude people I have ever uncounted in my lifetime. Vodacom should be ashamed of the service and people they have representing them.<br>
