BAD SERVICE

Good day

This will be the second complaint I lodge of Vodacom , on the 03/03/2020 I when to Vodacom 3B Vangate Mall to Upgrade my contract with a combo deal where I took x2 HUAWEI P30 LITE (happy go lucky ). few days after that I discover that one of the phones are faulty ,return x1 phone on the 12/03/2020 where Parvez(sales consultant ) booked the phone in for repair and told me it will take up to 10 days to get the phone back . on the 23/03/2020 I CALL to asked if the phone arrive (no phone arrive ) ,Parvez advise the reception to tell me it will be extra 21 days ...........long story short in last week I got a call from Vodacom 3B VANGATE(07/05/2020)that the phone didn't arrive yet .. TODAY I CALL AGAIN AND PAVEZ IGNORE ME ......

THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE ......
