Bad Service
I received a call about a laptop deal, After I received the laptop, I saw that the spec was not the spec required and shared. I returned the laptop the same day. Despite this Vodacom continued to debit my account for the device from April 2023 till January 2024. I managed to cancel the debit order eventually., however since the 5th of February 2024 I am still waiting to be refunded. The refund is apparently in process. unacceptable
