BAD Service....

Good day all. Just a quick update, Here we are again.... I have complained to vodacom about the signal problem in our area for the last couple of years. I have logged complaints and last week i have posted on Hello Peter. Vodacom tried to contact me and due to signal problems the customer care lady tried to inform me[via sms] that a technician will contact me.. NOBODY even bothered to phone or visit our home or area. This morning i get a SMS that the matter is closed and finish. ......What the hell is going on with Vodacom.... seriously cant wait for these contracts to end and the new satelite provider to come to South africa. Sorry to say but I will Not promote Vodacom to anybody...... ☹️😡😠🤬
