Bad service

I called vodacom on the 2nd of December to query my data usage since the data i used doesn't add up to tge one vodacom said i used i have since not heard from vodacom i called them today and i was told there's nothing they can do for me because turn around time is 7 days and the query has not been assigned to anyone so they can't do anything to assist me.
