bad service

On the 3rd July there was an M-Pesa promotion at Jet Mart Eloffe Street. Thet checked for me and found that I am registered with m-pesa. I made a deposit of R500 vouchers as I bought the visa card as well. So the promoter tried to link the card but the system was slow. Yesterday I went to vodashop Carlton Centre and they tried to link it and told me to do it on the phone. I did but I got an sms that ut failed. At vodashop they said they do not do withdrawals and referred me to Simmons/ ghandi square. I couldn't go there as it was too far. I can't seem to find nearest mpesa outlets were I can withdraw as call centre told me IT would call me within 48hrs. I want to use this money. the *134*777# service shows shops you don't even know were thier located. Do I need a Navigator to find shops to get my cash. And why vodashops don't do withdrawals as they should be the first to provide these services.
