bad service

Worst service ever from voda shop and the manager. I upgraded my cell phone to a samsung s6 and 2 days later the phone is not working and 12 days later im still without a phone . The vodashop was supposed to give me a new phone on the 23/06/2015 but never did and the manager can't help with anything and is making empty promises. It seems that vodacom shops can do what they want with customers and vodacom head office is no help also as they keep on referring me back to the store. Im had enough of this bad service after being a customer for over 10 years
