Bad service

Good day<br> <br> I have been trying now few months to get 4 statements on a number in 2013. I have been to vodacom shops phoned 111 called 082155 nothing helped. How can I get these statements on a nb this is urgent. From Aug 2013 till end nov 2013. This is very urgent requested this now a long time. The shop refer me to 111 and customer service refer me to the shops.<br>
