Bad Service

Went into Vodacom store in Alberton as I thought I was being overcharged for my calls. Made 1 local call and R24.00 was removed from my airtime. Consultant informed me there was a 'wasp\ subscription on my account for R24.00. I had no subscriptions and he explained I may have picked it up while browsing on the internet. I asked him to remove/cancel or block it immediately. He promised me he had done so
