Bad service

I just signed up for a new contract on Vodacom after having two years bad service from Cell C. When I browsed online it showed I would receive a Top Dog Voucher, Skull Candy Headset and Bluetooth Selfie Stick if I take out a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime on a Uchoose Flexi 200. I received my phone yesterday and all that was included was the Top Dog Vouchers and the phone. So I phone today to find out where is the rest of my goods and am told by the call centre that I am not suppose to get the headset and selfie stick. I took a print screen of the page just yesterday and it shows all the above goods, not just the Top Dog Vouchers. So I would like to know if Vodacom is lying to the clients about the goods they will receive or is it false advertising. I think I must just send the handset back and go over to MTN. Not even activated and already bad service.
