BAD SERVICE

i got my phone (sony M2 aqua) on a contract there in Jan this year, within the first month my sim and sd card reader didn't pick up any contents. so not only can't i use my data or call anyone, my phone now only works on wifi, which is really not ideal. i was overseas for 2 moths so couldn't give it in for repairs. when i came back the first thing i did was book it in. i booked it in as \faulty sd en sim reader"the person that helped me said a backup is not needed cause they are not gonna work on the software. after a week i phoned them and asked if there has been any news because i haven't received any sms's saying how far my phone is or what is happening. they told me that the phone is currently in JHB with someone from sony. another few days passed and when i phoned again"
