Bad Service

<br> <br> I'm truly dissatisfied with the service I received with my upgrade. When I did the upgrade request, I asked for the HTC M9 and the sales person told me I will have to wait as the phone needs to be order and can take up to 3 weeks and I agreed to wait as this is the phone that I wanted. After 1 to 2 weeks the store called me back and said they are very sorry but they will not be able to get the HTC M9 for me and I will have to come in an pick a different phone. Got there he said that the Samsung S6 is the best and similar to HTC. The sales person opened the device and fitted the sim card and gave it to me. Then after 3 days I went back to the store as this device doesn't fit my needs as promised (even when disabling all background processes and mobile data the battery barely last 75% of my working hours). The sales person showed me that they got the new HTC M9 which made me very angry as they told me 3 days earlier that they could not get this for me. He took the phone and told me he will sort it out and send it to HQ. Now I'm being called an told that I will HAVE to take the S6,as there is nothing wrong with the phone. I don't want this phone, I want the one I order originally.
