Bad Service

<p>Hi</p> <p>I was at Vodacom in Paarl mall on the 22 April 2017, to apply for a contract. The lady I spoke to helped me and told me that I qualify and that they do not have the phone in stock and they will give me a call when they do. I waited till the week after and called and asked if they have the phone in stock yet and they said no. I then called the Vodacom branch in Wellington and asked if they had stock of the phone cause I have been waiting for more than a week for a phone from Paarl mall and the lady I spoke to over the phone asked who I spoke with and I gave her the name and my details so she will call me back. The day went by and no one called back, I called the next day again and she said the lady at Paarl mall should have called me and she did not and I asked her if their store has stock why can’t I just get the phone by them and she said that I will have to apply again and it could be that they might not approve for the same amount.. I have been waiting for 3 WEEKS for a phone and still no PHONE... If this is the service I get now when I am applying for a contract then I don’t know if I still want to do this with Vodacom..................</p>
